At Art of Tea, we strive to ensure every steep is perfect, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on tea or food items. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of purchase.

Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
